The Quaide Milleth Educational and Social Trust (QUEST) has announced that John Dayal, Navaid Hamid, and Prof. Vipin Kumar Tripathi are the recipients of the Quaide Milleth Award for Probity in Political and Public Life 2024. The award recognizes their unwavering commitment to civil liberties, religious freedom, and social justice.

About the Quaide Milleth Award
Initiated in 2015 to mark the 40th anniversary of QUEST, the Quaide Milleth Award honors individuals who uphold constitutional values, secularism, pluralism, and the rights of marginalized communities. It is named after Quaide Milleth Mohamed Ismail Sahib, a visionary leader dedicated to communal harmony and justice in independent India.

Navaid Hamid: A former president of the All India Majlis-e-Mushawarat, Navaid Hamid has consistently championed the rights of marginalized communities, particularly Muslims. As General Secretary of the Movement for Empowerment of Muslim Indians and a member of the National Integration Council, his work has been instrumental in promoting justice and inclusion.
