Bengaluru: Zulfiqar Ahmed Khan (Tipu) has been elected unopposed as the Chairman of the Karnataka State Haj Committee, reflecting the trust and confidence placed in him by the community.

His appointment marks a new chapter for the committee, with expectations of progressive initiatives and enhanced services for Haj pilgrims.

Ministers Zameer Ahmed Khan and Rahim Khan welcomed his selection, expressing optimism about his contributions to the Haj Committee’s effective functioning.

Sarfaraz Ahmed Khan, the committee’s Executive Officer, praised the smooth electoral process, reinforcing the credibility of the selection.

MLC Abdul Jabbar, in his congratulatory message, commended Zulfiqar Tipu’s leadership capabilities and assured full support in his new role.

Renowned religious scholar Maulana Zainul Abideen highlighted the significance of collective efforts, anticipating substantial achievements under the new leadership.
