The New College, Chennai – R. O. Plant Commissioned

Chennai: The New College here commissioned two R.O. plants (reverse osmosis) to convert ground water into potable water. The two plants turn nearly one lakh litres of water a day to be supplied to the college with 5,000 day scholar students and the hostel inmates. The plants were funded by the UGC.
