Muslim World League – Peace Prevails through the Love of Good for Humanity

Cairo: The Secretary-General of the Muslim World League, Mohammed bin Abdul Karim Al-Issa has said that peace has a prominent place in Islam, and that it can be attained through behavior that helps bring it about, including by doing good for humanity”””only through the love of goodness for humanity’, transcending all selfishness. He made this statement in a speech he delivered at the World Peace Conference organized by Al-Azhar in Cairo, which brought together around 300 Muslim and Christian clerics, scholars and political figures from around the world. He also stressed that there is no peace in the presence of double standards or if power is dominated by the logic of materialism alone.
