Workshop on Science Literature

Vigyan Prasar is a national organisation under department of Science and Technology, working for the popularization of science. “Reaching to Un- Reach programme” is aimed at bringing out popular science literature in various Indian languages. A national level workshop for development of popular science literature in Urdu, in collaboration with the Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) Hyderabad, will be held from April 9 to 11, 2013 at Maulana Azad National Urdu University. The theme is “Science popularization in Urdu through Print media.” Abstracts in 500 words on the above topic in Urdu can be sent to [email protected] and also hard copy to Vigyan Prasar C-24 Qutub, Institutional Area New Delhi-110016 on or before 10 March 2013.
