Hyderabad: The only way to achieve success is to keep your eyes on the aim despite difficulties and to work hard despite exhaustion. Learn as much as you can about your subject and don’t limit yourself to the curriculum. While speaking at a felicitation programme organized on June 13 in his honour by MANUU’s School of Education and Training (SET), Dr. Syed Mustafa Hashmi, MS (162 Ranker in UPSC 2021 from Hyderabad) offered advice to students. MANUU Vice-Chancellor Prof. Syed Ainul Hasan presided. Dr. Mustafa Hashmi is one of the top three Muslim applicants to crack the UPSC examination.
He also inaugurated the one-day Workshop-cum-Seminar “Leadership Development” organized by the School on this occasion. Prof. S.M. Rahmatullah.
Dr. Mustafa Hashmi, who went from being a doctor to UPSC, said that during his service at Osmania General Hospital in Hyderabad, he realized that health issues are only a small part of the public’s lives and that they have more serious problems, so he chose civil services as a profession to help them solve their problems. Do anything you do with passion and dedication, and only then will you be remembered, he added.
Prof. Syed Ainul Hasan described Dr. Hashmi’s success as an inspiration & example for the young generation. He informed me that coaching for the Civil Services Examinations will resume soon at the University and the matter has already been taken up with the Union Minister of Minority Affairs. Study hard and succeed in your field, he advised students.
Prof. SM Rahmatullah in his address said Dr. Mustafa Hashmi has proved his mettle at a very young age just like Maulana Abul Kalam Azad did. Dr. Mustafa Hashmi would definitely carry out his responsibilities very well, he hoped.
Prof. Siddiqui Mohd. Mahmood, Dean School of Education & Training speaking about the workshop cum seminar said leadership means taking everyone along with your ability, hard work, and wisdom.
