New Delhi: The Centre for Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Sciences was inaugurated at the Jamia Millia Islamia on November 16 by Union Human Resources Minister Smt. Smriti Zubin Irani. The inauguration synchronized with the Jamia’s annual convocation where President of India Shri Pranab Kumar Mukherjee was the chief guest. A total of 4,280 degrees and diplomas were presented to the outgoing students by Vice chancellor Prof. Talat Ahmed. 162 gold medals were given to toppers and 223 students were awarded Ph.Ds.
