Abdul Qadeer, son of an auto driver from Palam village of Prabhani district has been declared qualified to be appointed as a judge after passing the related exam for the year 2016-17. Abdul Qadeer had studied in the Zillah Parishad School in Palam village and had later completed Chauhan Collee of Law at Nanded. He had acquired competency in English and Marathi languages and sat for the competitive exam for the selection of the judge’s post later this year.
