Abuse of Law

The Bombay Bomb Blast Verdict 2013, is an abuse of the adjudicatory process of law by the Apex Court, ignoring the third law of Newton. The punishment is rigorously granted to extended violence, though some 257 innocent and precious lives were lost. Why has the Apex Court not taken into consideration the violence from July 1992 to December 1992, where 1000 lives were lost which were equally innocent and precious? Why the Justice B.N. Srikrishna Commission report in two volumes is neglected?
I strongly demand for the passing of the Prevention of Communal and Targeted Violence (Access to Justice and Reparations) Bill, 2011, with amendments based on justice.
The Bill is intended to enhance State accountability and correct discriminatory exercise of State powers in the context of identity-based violence.
