This is with reference to the article “Frustrated Outpourings of Unconcerned People” published in the December 2014 issue of Islamic Voice.
We wish to bring to your notice that Mr. Fazlullah, the so called secretary of VV Nagar Muslim Education Society, Anand Nagar in his above article has spilled bundle of lies out of frustration to his face.
During his tenure as Secretary, he has committed blunders, forgeries and fraud in the society. In this regard, some of the members have strongly objected for forging their signatures and even a dead person is shown on the board of meeting, copies of the letters addressed to the same are enclosed. In fact the District Registrar, Bangalore has found out the forgeries, illegal activities of the society and ordered fresh elections vide his letter dated. 25th September 2014, copy enclosed for your ready reference. At one stage due to his incapability, inefficiency, forgeries and lies committed by him from time to time, the executive committee has removed him from the post of Secretary and in his place elected Mr. Nisar Ahmed former Director General of Police as Secretary. In this regard Mr. Nisar Ahmed’s Letter addressed to the District Registrar signed as Secretary is enclosed for your kind reference
The residents of Anand Nagar and surrounding localities have contributed substantial funds/donations regularly. Copies of receipts are enclosed. The society in spite of collecting enormous amount of funds, have not fulfilled even a single aim and objective framed by them, the copy of which is enclosed. And even the compound wall and the building blocks that have been constructed are from the public funds.
Further it is ridiculous to note that Mr. Fazlullah has framed unfounded allegations against Mr. Nayeem ur Rahman and Sons and Dr. Zia.
Against the order of the District Registrar, the Committee members have taken an interim Stay in HIGH COURT for conducting fresh elections.
