In celebration of the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), marked as Unity Week in Iran, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei emphasized the importance of Islamic unity, particularly between Shia and Sunni Muslims. Meeting with Sunni scholars, the Leader stressed the significance of the Islamic Ummah, a collective identity transcending national and geographical boundaries. He warned against efforts to create divisions within the Muslim community and called for unity, especially in supporting the oppressed in Palestine, a duty central to the Islamic world.
