Debate Sparks Over Women’s Charter at Tirana Summit on Afghanistan

The “All Women Summit, Tirana,” held from September 10-14 in Albania, gathered over 120 women to discuss Afghanistan’s future, but it faced controversy over two articles in the final resolution.
