Aligarh: Aamir Qutub, a notable business leader based in Australia, has been awarded the prestigious 2024 Young Professional of the Year by the India Australia Business and Community Alliance (IABCA). Originally from Aligarh, India, Aamir’s inspiring journey from working as a janitor to becoming the CEO of Enterprise Monkey, an Australian IT firm, has captured widespread admiration.

The award celebrates his exceptional contributions to entrepreneurship and social initiatives. A proud alumnus of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Aamir also founded the Aamir Qutub Foundation to foster startups in India. Additionally, he plays a key role in the Geelong Authority and the Pivot Summit, an international digital conference.

Aamir’s pandemic initiative, “Angel Next Door,” garnered particular praise for its success in helping over 100,000 Australians during COVID-19. Upon receiving the award, Aamir expressed deep gratitude and emphasized the importance of determination in overcoming challenges: “Your background does not define your future your determination does.”

His journey, shaped by experiences at AMU and Deakin University, has earned him numerous accolades, including being a finalist for the Australian Young Business Leader Award. Aamir’s story exemplifies resilience, hard work, and a commitment to giving back to society.
