Patna: The 89th award ceremony of Free Rahbar Coaching Centre, Patna, was held at Millat Girls High School, Kanquah Mohallah, Phulwari Sharif,
on 25th December, 2016. The Free Rahbar Coaching Centre (FRCC) is run by Bihar Anjuman. The centre provides free coaching to the needy students of Class VIII to Class X studying in the government schools. The Anjuman runs 23 such centres in Bihar and Jharkhand. The awards are given to two students each for the Classes VIII to X. The students and the teachers were also given free winter garments.
