The root cause of depression and anxiety often stems from fear rather than belief and trust in Allah. Fears such as the fear of not having enough rizq (provision) or the fear of losing loved ones can dominate our minds. However, strong Emaan (faith) helps us understand that all challenges can be overcome with trust, guidance, and the blessings of Allah. Recognizing that everything belongs to Allah and having firm belief that with every hardship comes ease allows hope to naturally enter our hearts, dispelling feelings of depression and anxiety.

Happiness is a state of heart that cannot always be described in words but must be experienced. Allah tests us with both heartache and joy whether through the loss of a loved one or the birth of a new one. It is up to us to celebrate our present, appreciate all that we have and have had, and choose our future direction. Have faith that Allah is beside you, guiding you on your journey.

Oh Allah, Creator of peace and tranquility, grant comfort to our hearts from every difficulty. May Allah grant us a rainbow for every storm, a smile for every tear, a promise for every care, a blessing in each trial, and an answer to each prayer. May Allah guide and protect us forevermore.
