The OIC Research Centre for Islamic History Arts and Culture (IRCICA) here will organise the 9th international C a l l i g r a p h y Competition in the name of Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, the current secretary general of the OIC and former head of IRCICA. The deadline for
