A Church in Colorado, USA, will hold weekly sessions on Islam, to clear up misconceptions. The First United Methodist Church’s “Introduction to Islam” will include weekly conversations and panel discussions from Sept. 25 to Oct. 16 in the church’s Coy Hall. “A lot of us don’t understand Islam or the Muslim culture,” said Sue Mullins, chairwoman of the committee organizing the study.
“We understand there is a lot of confusion about the whole Islamic faith and cultural practices of Muslims,” Mullins said.
