Bangalore: The Al “Ameen Educational Society celebrated the golden jubilee year with the theme ” 50 Glorious Years-1966-2016″ from January 1st to 3rd. The Society was established in Bangalore in 1966 to provide educational facilities for the students. Today ,there are around 25 branches of the Al Ameen Educational Society, and 200 institutions throughout the State of Karnataka and India, serving the cause of education to nearly more than one lakh students. A souvenir to mark 50 years, was released on the occasion. A book titled “Roohe- Al “Ameen” a biography of Dr Mumtaz Ahmed Khan was also released.
