Hyderabad: Deputy Chief Minister of Telangana, Mahmood Ali, inaugurated a comprehensive online Book Store, Books Markaz on 16th August. Books Markaz (www.booksmarkaz.com) is an online book store with exclusive focus on books related to Urdu Literature, Deccan Literature and Comparative Religion including Islam. It claims to have one of the world’s largest collection of books in English, Urdu, Hindi and all major languages of the world. It has tied up with over 100 national and international publishers, who sell their books exclusively through its online book store. Some of the prominent Urdu publishers with whom Books Markaz has a tie up with are: Farid Book, Ateqaad Publishing House, Al Hasanat, Aakif Book, Adabi Dunya, Educational Book House and Islamic Book Service.
