Aligarh: Rehan Alam Siddiqui, a Non-Resident Indian (NRI) based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, has donated Rs 15 lakhs to Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) to set up an oxygen generation plant at its Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC). AMU saw many cases and deaths during the second wave of the Coronavirus pandemic. The university appealed to the organizations and individuals for help and support. Rehan Siddiqui obliged and donated the considerable sum to his alma mater.
