Marriage with Widowed Moomani

Q: Can a Muslim man marry his maternal uncle’s wife (i.e., she is his Mamoo’s wife) after her husband’s  death. Will such marriage be lawful in Islam?

Dear Mr. Nayeem A Muslim male is permitted to marry his mother’s brother’s widow i.e., moomani. This alliance does not fall in the
prohibited category.
