Betrayed by Tour Operators

Magic and Black Magic
On the Malaysian Court Verdict
Matrimonial Advertisements and Mental Trauma

I had been on an Umrah visit through a private tour operator from February 14 to March 2, 2014. Our batch consisted of about 65 to 70 pilgrims. I had a bitter experience which I want to share with the readers in detail, so that future pilgrims going on Hajj or Umrah through tour operators do not get trapped in the false promises of tour operators who make tall claims before the booking, and totally betray us, once we reach the destination. Many promises such as hotel accommodation near to the Haram, good and hygienic food and many more promises are broken by these tour operators. In our case, promises given by the operator of which, not even 25 per cent to 30 per cent were kept. So I request readers not to fall prey to these advertisements and better to take everything in writing from the tour operator about the facilities they will offer.
