One hundred and forty students who passed SSLC, PUC and completed the ITI certificate course were felicitated here on June 21 at an impressive function organised by Millat Management Society of India. Two students who scored more than 90% were presented with laptops and four students who scored more than 85% were given away tablets by President Iqbal Ahmed Siddiqui.
Mr. Abdul Qadeer of Shaheen Group of Institutions announced the opening of Shaheen PU College in Bangalore. He said those students who have scored 90% and above marks can enroll themselves in Shaheen PU College in Bangalore where they would be provided with free board and lodging facilities along with CET coaching.
Former Karnataka minister Nisar Ahmed, journalist M. A. Siraj, Editor Daily Salar Mr. Iftikhar Ahmed Shariff, Columnist Mr. Azam Shahid spoke at the occasion. Architect and playwright Mr. Zafar Mohiuddin moderated the session.
