“TREES IN BENGALURU”, a tree walk in the green and environment friendly, Magnifique Public School campus, on Kanakapura Main Road, was organized by environmentalist, author, educationist and motivational speaker, U.S. Moinuddin on November 26, 2017. “Humans have evolved as hunters and collectors, and humans have a special relationship with trees. As we are engrossed in our day-to-day activities, many of us are unaware of the role of trees in our ecosystem, and we are unable to identify the commonly found trees in our surroundings,” says Moinuddin. Moinuddin took the participants on a Tree Walk and explained to them the different varieties of trees, guiding them about identification of commonly found trees in Bengaluru , choosing the right kind of saplings for planting and protection of saplings. The Tree Walk received overwhelming response from the citizens of the city. For more details, get in touch with U.S. Moinuddin, Ph: 9844777539, 9019777539.
