A biography on the late Kannada folk poet and scholar Karim Khan was released here on March 10. Kannadada Sanata Karim Khan Jeevana Charitre has been published by Gudhooli Publications. Releasing the biography H. C. Boralingaiah, vice chancellor of Kannada University, Hampi recalled his association with Karim Khan as Chairman of the Janapada Academy at the ripe age of 83 who, he said, worked tirelessly for the promotion of folk arts. Justice A. J. Sadashiva, retired judge, described Karim Khan as a polymath.
