Hosakote: Books titled Iftikhar e Azad and Aejaz e Hali, portraying the lives of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad and Urdu poet Altaf Hussain Ali, authored by Prof. Sheik Ali, former vice chancellor of Mangalore and Goa Universities were released at an impressive function held at Al-Ameen Residential School here on November 10. Mr. B. N. Srinivasachari, IPS and Chief Election Commissioner in the State was the chief guest. Al-Ameen Founder Dr. Mumtaz Ahmed Khan felicitated Prof. Sheik Ali on his 90th birthday.
