New Delhi: The Faculty of Architecture and Ekistics of Jamia Millia Islamia has been ranked at the 8th position amongst the top 10 Architecture Colleges of the country in a survey conducted by ‘Outlook’ magazine. Jamia’s faculty has got overall 810 points out of 1,000. The Outlook magazine has published the survey in its latest issue. The first position in the top 10 is held by Department of Architecture, IIT, Roorkee followed by Sir JJ College of Architecture, Mumbai. Jamia Millia’s department of Social Work holds 4th position among top 10 faculties/institutes for social work studies. In this category, Tata Institute of Social Sciences holds first rank.
