Kolkata: Ashna Khan, a ten-year-old girl from Kolkata, set a fine example of kindness by donating the entire amount received on her birthday, to Islamia Hospital, Kolkata. Daughter of a State Waqf member, Ashna, who is currently in Class V at the Kolkata Pratt Memorial School, donated Rs 60,301 to the Secretary of Islamia Hospital, Sultan Ahmed, MP, at the hospital premises. Talking about Ashna’s contribution, her father Afaquzzaman told TwoCircles.net that Ashna shares her birthday with Swami Vivekananda.
