Gold Medal in Urology to Dr. Mohammed Taif

Gulbarga: A student of Vijayanagara Institute of Medical Sciences, Bellary, Dr. Mohammed Taif Bendigeri will be presented a Gold Medal and cash prize for securing highest marks at the university super speciality examination conducted in July 2013 in M.Ch. Urology. He would be honoured on the 16th Annual Convocation of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences to be held in the last week of March. The award donor is BMC Urology Alumni of Bangalore Medical College. Dr. Taif is the son of Dr. Nazir Ahmed D. Bendigeri, former principal and dean of Khwaja Bandanawaz Institute of Medical Sciences, Gulbarga, and is presently is a professor and H.O.D of the Dept. of Community Medicine.
