New Delhi: Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind, led by Maulana Mahmood Madani, launched a mobile app-based membership system on February 11. The app, “JUH-Membership-Drive,” available on the Play Store, aims to streamline registration for the 2024-27 term.
Maulana Madani stressed the importance of a strong organizational structure for shaping the community’s future. He highlighted the rise in local units from 1,700 two decades ago to 6,800, with membership growing from 1.5 million to over 11 million. The new goal is to establish 11,000 active units focusing on education, social welfare, and training.
The online system, first introduced last term, has now been refined for better efficiency while keeping traditional registration methods intact.
